The 2025/26 Summer Track & Field Season is due to begin on Sat 4th October 2025 !!

Registration Portal for the 2025/26 Season is now OPEN. Once registered, the membership will last for up to 12 months (until 31st August 2026).

Your 3-Step Registration Process

Step 1: Get Your Invite

Existing athletes with a valid email address on record will receive an invitation to register from LAVic & WLAC during September 2025. This email will include steps to register online.

If you do not have your username and password or are having other trouble logging in, then please contact us.

Step 2: Register & Pay Online

All paid registrations are required to be completed online via the Registration portal. No paper forms can be accepted.

Registering online during one of the competition days may result in missing out on some events.

Step 3: Collect Patches & Info

Once registered, you can attend our Registration Information Day on Sat 20th September, from 10.00 am to collect your patch, booklet, etc or collect them on your first day.

Note: You can collect these items on your first day of competition if you miss the Info Day.

Season Overview

Athletes can register at any time during the season provided they are between the ages of 5 and 15. Athletes must be 5 years of age or older to join but can join as soon as they turn 5.

Summer Track & Field

Competitions are held on Saturday mornings at Central Reserve, between October and March.

Winter Cross Country

Competitions are held between April and August, run at various parks in the local area.

Proof of Age (POA) Requirement

LAVic requires that ALL MEMBERS provide Proof of Age to the Registrar. This may be in the form of a passport, birth certificate or child health record.

Proof of age must be shown prior to athletes competing, or forfeit all results up until such time as it is presented.

Parent/Guardian Responsibility

PLEASE NOTE: Parents or guardians are required to stay for the duration of the weekly programs as they remain primarily responsible for the behaviour and welfare of their children.
